Your mind is your command center. If you don’t train it, it will run on autopilot — usually guided by fear, assumptions, and past experiences.

They know which thoughts deserve attention and which are mental noise.

Practical Ways to Apply This:

  • Challenge negative thoughts: Is this true or just fear?

  • Stop predicting worst-case scenarios — they rarely happen.

  • Reduce overthinking by focusing on one task at a time.

  • Journal your thoughts to see patterns and triggers.
