📲 How to Send via DigiLocker (The 3-Step Process)

If your university is on DigiLocker, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your DigiLocker account (linked to your Aadhaar).

  2. Pull your Degree/Mark Sheet: Search for your University and fetch your digital records.

  3. Share to WES: Select WES as the recipient. Enter your 7-digit WES Reference Number in the required field.

⚠️ Important 2026 Note: The "Reference Number" Still Rules

Even though the process is digital, WES cannot match your file without your Reference Number. * When you apply on your university’s portal or TrueCopy, there will be a field for "Recipient Reference Number."

  • DO NOT LEAVE THIS BLANK. Use your 1234567CA number.
